well that turned into a bit of an epic. wet, dark and some cruel roads on the final run to the station.
gutted to have to bail on the stones but better that than miss the train.
thanks to all for coming, i had a really good night.
had 3 hours sleep and now and work and feeling slighty odd. couldn't face the cycle in.
big shout to joe for battling through the cramps.
i reckon with some of those lanes would be worth a revisit, albeit with a train out to them.
