• At The Ride In is a cycle thru cinema held in two shipping containers in disused spaces in the city centre of Birmingham with various workshops and a DIY Bike Polo court. At our first event, we had less than two weeks to dream up an idea, programme the films and promote it. It had an attendance of over one hundred people from all over the city which proves that we can make good things happen in the cycling community. Now, we need your films to make the second installment happen!

To give you an idea, this is what I compiled for the first one with the help of our own Skoota, Rapha and various Brummies with skills:
*
Pedal Safety Song (Central Office of Information)

Fixing (dir. Josh Estey)

Ouroboros (dir. Sam Three)

A Throw of the Dice (dir. Nick Livesey)

Bham Bike Polo (dir. Matthew Cox/Full Up and Eating)

Copenhagen Cycles (dir. Eric Dyer)

Two Broad Arrows (dir. Adrian Moat)

Vive Le Tour (dir. Louis Malle)

Bike Kill (dir. Rachel Meyrick)

D'Acciaio (Of Steel) (dir. Ben Ingham)

Bicycle Thefts 0'45 mins (Public Information Films produced by the Central Office of Information)

There Goes An Asshole (dir. Shank Bone Mystic)

Polo Manual (dir. Brendan McNamee) www.bluntfilms.co.uk

We've Got It On Tape (dir. Brendan McNamee) www.bluntfilms.co.uk

Bham to Berlin (dir. Matthew Cox/Full Up And Eating)

Red Light Go (dir. Ben Barraud, Toby Barraud, Manny Kivowitz) *

I've already had a few offers from forumengers who got wind of the event but I'd like to open up the callout to everybody. We've already had the screening with Rapha films and the big guys so lets give the little guys a shot! I'm also hoping the next installment will be cycle powered.
