Comments and feedback from most tournaments are that people want fewer mixed-ability games (so swiss rounds are good), and more time for team games.

People play mixed up, throw-in games 1-3 times a week in their own cities. Why travel to play ugly games with people you don't know? Tournaments are for teams...

There are plenty of National Series tourneys this summer for team games.

Maybe something new then:- 4v4, bench minor, 24hr polo, horses?
Something to spice it up.
