I hope not, it's on a Monday morning, rather than a Sunday evening (unless that photo was taken in the morning, of which I doubt it).
Pretty much.
I'm installing component that are a* 'fit and forget'* (like a chris king headset), while the Shimano XT will be good for touring, they're still stricty an MTB hubs, and aren't designed to be ridden fully laden, whether the Phil Wood Touring hubs is.
Secondly, I'm sure you as well as I know that a Phil Wood component is something you'd trust with your life.
