Spotted 2 scallies riding down the pavement on Oxford road, the one having a backy cheking out every bike they passed. Stopped at a girls bike outside MMU with a shitty cable lock and just started trying to kick it off in broad daylight, but scarpered as we made a b-line for them

Hit them with the U-Lock next time and leave their heads speared on a pole with their testicles in their mouth as a warning for future thieves.
