1 - Scouse kopites
2 - Non scouse, generally cockney or southern based kopites
3 - Middle-class media kopites, also see above ^
4 - Irish kopites
5 - Norwegian kopites

Ha saying that I lived with a middle class scouse kopite at uni in Liverpool, he was, as you would say, "a bedwetter".
