Bottom bracket issues

I've never tried it, but check out his diy solution at the bottom of the page - theory seems sound.

I had a similar problem and managed it with a bench vice and and a clamp to hold the bb shell firmly on the vice - Might be a bit risky if it's a nice frame though.

Thanks just used the vice method and got it out...
