The whole Modric thing is a Joke.
It's typical bully tactics.
Spurs have come out to say Modric isn't for sale, but, the big bully boys will go ahead and chuck in a bid anyway.
It's as good as tapping up if you ask me.
For once Man City come out with some credibility by not throwing their hat into the ring for the sake of it.
