Naturally so, however what can they (companies) says about it? they can easily claim that the other interviewer have the necessary qualification they needed, or simply that the position has already been taken.
Secondly, filing a complaints to the companies mean that there's less chance of me working for the said companies (I almost did to my bike shop a 2 years ago, glad I didn't when I got the job half a years ago).
