  • Philips Davies, fuck you.

Yes, it's incredibly hard for me to complete with hearing people whom not only can understand people better, but able to talk to the phone, of which 90% of jobs nowadays required.

It took me 2 years to find a job from someone who's willing to accept my limitation, and that's a big bicycle shop that have enough staff to answer the phone, my last job were in a pub stocking up the fridge in the weekend, while the hearing goes about serving the punters, so yes, I'm very likely to get turn away simply for not having the same ability as hearing people, in fact it's more about awareness, a lots of companies have no idea how to work with disablities and were afraid to approach the subject.

But to be told that I can able to get a job if I don't mind being paid less is pathetic, he failed to take in account for rents, electricty, gases, etc. which will be the same rate for me as it is to the hearing people.

It mean, that I'll have to get back on my disablities allowance which I cancelled a years ago as I already earn enough to not worry about extra cost for being disable (it mean I get a whooping £50 a week from the government), and thus a major drain on the taxpayers who have to pay more for the disablities to just about scraped a living.

So yes, fuck you Davies, it's just a pathetic and easy way to solve a problem instead of getting companies to work with the disabilities (i.e. wheelchair access).
