Actually a good idea. If it had been me that he'd crashed into I would've had a serious word, but the other cyclist seemed oblivious to the fact that the rider had almost no control over his bike.

Please confiscate the bike next time you see this, or at least make it (even more) unrideable by slashing the tyres or throwing it into the Thames

This guy looked very dodgy and the bike looked even worse (some generic steel 700c roadie). I just can't believe that they aren't arrested/seriously injured. It's not the first I've seen, but more normally they tend to ride on the pavement rather than on the road. Not that that's any better...

I actually refuse to believe anyone rides SS without brakes until I've seen it myself.
