sims that sounds exactly what I want to do. Were you solo or with friends? I'm thinking of setting out next spring... need time to save up some coin, and got some other commitments. What kind of bike did you use?
EEI from the reading I've done so far, at an enjoyable pace averaging approx 60 miles a day, 2 months should be about the time it will take to ride from Singapore to Ha Noi... need to research this further though. Interesting to know that Singapore airlines & Malaysian airlines both allow you to load your bike at no extra expense and without packing it.
