Bad traders

i'm beginning to feel a little bit confused here. first, i didn't get a clear answer as to how does one give "0 rep". now, there's "nerging a 0", which is supposedly stronger that just "0 repping". wtf is this all about and how do i do that too?

in any case, it appears that "0 repping" actually doesnot affect anything, so is similar to PM, except a bit more hidden/secret

Only people with low rep can 0 rep. It's because their opinion is not valid.

It's an algorithm that is complex, but based on trust. It could be summed up as, only those who have received positive reputation have their comments for others counted.
