Bad traders

Hmmm I've bought Open Pros from folks on here and didn't really check them as thoroughly as I should have. In fact only after reading all this have I gone back to my current pair and checked them, and fortunately for me the braking surface seems OK.

So something good has come from all this, a little bit of knowledge on how to measure Open Pro wear has got around. And from Googling around it seems a lot of people have trouble with it.

^ this above is exactly Dammit's intention of warning people about the trustworthiness of certain sellers as well as urging people to check before you buy.

Dammit already paid the heavy price of £130 for a fucked wheelset, he just wanted to make sure others won't follow the same mistake he made.
