I now work for an ISP, we use Virgin Media purely for the customer premise to point of presence/tail circuit fibre.
Except we don't anymore- they are just too much of a nightmare to work with.
They are, if they have presence in the area, hugely cheaper than anyone else.
But, all the other tier one fibre providers will hit the 65 working days delivery time- with Virgin it's routinely 95 working days+
