Mine has external cups - but as per above I'm not 100% sure.
I've got a octalink tool at home if I need it.
Do you mind if I borrow the hollowtech? I'll have it back to you after the weekend (If things go to plan!)
Also does your tool have a bit to tighten the black cap on the cranks?
