Have another price drop.
So I've set up the new 37" TV and whilst I can just about see the merits of downsizing I'm really quite disappointed in the picture quality of standard definition freeview. The Sammy plasma totally blows it out of the water in this sense and it's making feel mournful about selling it. The only saving grace is that the new set has HD freeview but then I'm only counting access to 4 channels and that is good but it makes SD content on the new set look even worse! Oh well...

Sorry TTT, there was no time to hang about. The missus comes home tomorrow having been away for a week and she said that we needed no bigger than a 32". In her absence I took the opportunity to buy a 37" and she'll just have to believe it's a 32. With the Samsung no longer on the premises she'll have no direct comparison. Job done.

Hmm...I didn't think the V+ had 1080p. 1080i last time I had any interaction, in which case it's all about 720p.
Price adjustment £210 delivered and set up if you live within a 6 mile radius of me.
I love this TV. There's no reason for my selling other than the fact that I promised the missus that we'd downsize when we moved due to the smaller dimensions of the lounge. Almost two years down the line I've finally succumbed to the nagging even though I think 42 is perfectly fine for the layout of the room...
I bought this new at the back end of 07 and the condition is excellent and there are no scratches or irregularities on the screen. This comes from a child/pet free home so it's not had any small hands or paws over it at any time. Everyone always remarks on the rich picture quality (despite sitting at 'close' range taking it's size into consideration) and I've always considered the black levels to have noticeably greater depth than its LCD counterparts. Not only that, I think standard freeview looks so much smoother too.

I have absolute faith in this TV and will personally deliver it to your home (as long as it's not too far from me) and will set it up in order to make sure you are as content as I am with it before you part with your cash. Speaking of cash, I want £230 for this.
