Depends on how the frame has been built, the modern way is to put canti bosses in the right place to use one of these
but if you want a conventional brake with a very narrow aspect to clear the chainrings, the Simkins Egg brake looks like a good choice
or maybe a eebrake
Old school TT brakes like Modolo Kronos, Campag Delta, DuraAce AX and Dia Compe AGC300 are also narrow
