I've got three sets made from 'liberated' signs, all of which just look ratty almost straight away. That might just be the way I've been making/bodging them though. Was just thinking it'd be good to get a load of shiny correx in and make up a few sets (with stencils etc) at the same time. Doesn't work out too expensive if a few of us chip in. The clear(ish) stuff looks pretty cool - not too many estate agents using that shit.
