Comfort is subjective, as is height being required for visibility (in bicycle terms).
Some bikes are designed to be utilitarian transport and as such, have fairly slack head and seat angles and low bottom brackets.
Look at this bike's geometry, are you seriously suggesting it will handle like a town bike?
Comfort can be measured objectively. And from personal experience of riding motorbikes around London for many years I've always found those with a more upright riding position offer a better range of visibility than those with a more tucked in 'sporty' riding position. Same for bicycles. I don't know how it will handle to be honest, I guess the only way to truly find out would be to ride it.
