I come out of this as being rather naive, for sure.
I should have checked the wheels over, absolutely no question- but I didn't.
I used them only a couple of times, then put them into a wheel bag and left them there.
Genuinely I did not notice the hubs condition- I only used the wheel on a turbo, so expected there to be resistance.
But I absolutely hold my hand up to not describing the rims accurately, I find it accutely embarassing that I posted an inaccurate advert, and even worse that Harry had a wasted journey to pick the wheels up.
Hopefully the art deco splendour of the local pub made up for that in some small way!
Anyway, Harry got a full refund the second he pointed out the condition of the hub, and a sincere apology.
I posted what had happened in the thread, wanting to be honest and transparent about things.
But yes, I agree- I described goods inaccurately, and Harry had to point out to me the condition that the hub was in, so I am a bad trader.
