backward circles, make yourself sit down, and gradually widen them....
eventually you'll be able to correct your steering both ways. takes many hours of practice mind!

I've been trying to get sliders for the last month and have had no luck, sometimes i can do it but only get about 90 degrees before it stops sliding but most of the time have to put my foot down to stop myself falling off.
The bike I'm using is a brother frame with 23C's, do you think this is a massive problem all the trick videos i've seen have had at least 32C's so I was wondering if that might not be helping. Also I realise the frame isn't perfect and I've had a few problems with the toe over lap. Should I just give up till I can afford a trick build or is it worth carrying on? Also if sliders are going to be really hard what tricks should I be trying?

Thought this may be useful for those looking to increase their bunnyhop height, ultra ultra slow motion footage of a mega high side-hop, not on fixed the mechanics of the movement and principles are the same on any bike:
blimey... look at that tuck.
any tips on keo's, the tutorial above makes it seem alot easier than it really is!
