As it happens I have all kinds as I've been trying to find a solution but have yet to find one I like. I've got he black nylon straps, the metal Velo Orange style ones and indeed a Topeak handlebar job. What I don't have yet are the decathlon ones Spybot shows in the first of the two links above... might try that next.
In the mean time, you're welcome to any of the rejected ones if you can get to Mile End to collect. If you have any summer cycling caps to swap, then grand (I need more being a baldy who gets a cold bonce) if not no worries, take whichever you like.
