What would the carrier bags do?
Personally - Cardboard bike box, plastic dropout things or cardboard tube to hold the dropouts apart. Then bubblewrap to the max. Might be overkill but the item being transported is fragile and I've seen how some companies treat the parcels. Also if there aren't any already, cut some handholds in the side of the box. Makes it easier for the delivery person to handle it and less likely to drop the box.
