Seems a pretty good deal.

Agree, though front 32/rear 36 spokes is unusual but at that price, who cares.

I had a set of these once and I was very impressed by them

Nice one duncs, I have ordered these (for commuting) - the promo code works I bought the wheelset with a pair of Vittoria Rubino 3's for £124 inc postage.. Result! They come with 15t and 16t sprockets too.
Hopefully they'll arrive early next week so I'll let you know how they go.

look similar to navigators?

is a good deal, one thing though
"Features:
- Built around the unique, Rosa CNC track hub set"
don't look at all like novatec etc...

Which are the same as system x, which are really good

ah yes, i have novatec and they are great, just loved the blurb "unique"

I rode a pair for about a year and a half. Never once had a problem.

Bargain. Ridden them for 2 years on the track. Best track wheels going, so much smoother, stronger, etc that most of the other option (much better than mavic ellipse)
If anyone wants to go halves I could use a rear, if anyone wants just a front.

Does that have a braking surface? Or is it purely for track?
-
• #13
they've got a braking surface.

Out of interest are the stickers removable on these?
Seem good, from above. But what's the consensus on the hubs, comparative to what other hubs really?
-
• #15
Oh bum, offer code no longer working. Too slow! Anyone got another? Could do with a pair at the reduced price.

the stickers are removable, yes.
Not too sure on the hubs, but if Gizmond rates them then I'll trust his judgment. -

As above, snoozed and now the code isn't working. Or does it not come up till you finally pay and not at the checkout?
Anyone got another code? Thanks

Some obvious, common sense advice... I'd give them a call, plead stupidity and see if they'll give you the 40% off. They obviously want to get them sold.

£95 (Using Pro40 code to drop 40% from the £160 price on Ribble)
Opinions?
Would be thinking of commuting on them rather than track...
Apparently they're all hand built, not sure how they'd compare in quality to Varno's for example.
