I took it apart to clean.
It's probably something easy, but even with this at hand, I couldn't figure it out.
It doesn't have enough tension now, hence why I didn't bother putting it on like owen says.
I've got a Dura Ace 7402 or 400EX dérailleur I could throw in for a few quid.
