Thanks all, for the kind responses! Item ends only on Sunday, and now i have the additional complication that seller wants cash payment, does not use Paypal. aI m trying to sort this by offering cerified cheque by courrier or direct bank deposit. Realistically it would take a few days to do either, so if I a) win the item and B) can get agreement on the payment, pick-up could be, I would expect, at any time convenient to the person pickng up starting from 19th on. I will sort the current obstacle and then PM those who have kindly offered help. I don;t know what else I can do to reciprocate beyond payment for service, but if anyone on the forum sees someting in Quebec, Ontario or Vermont with similar challenges, I'd be available. Craigslist in Vermont has the occasional jewel, most recently a Seven Cycles Titanium road bike with Dura-Ace build that sold (very quicly!) for 1,100 US.
