I am with them, for both home inc. 3 listed items and 2 iPhones, premium crept up after a couple of claims, which is fare enough, but now after trying to claim for a broken iPhone (the second broken iPhone claim) I have been told my excess has been raised to £200. Livid.
I have also just found out that my pet insurance doesn't cover anything over £500 and I currently have a bill well in excess of 3k, again notably livid.
For the money I pay in premiums I would of been better off without any insurance, usually the view of someone who has only ever made one claim of about £50 quid, but no, near 4k of expenditure, non of which I will be able to claim on, while paying a monthly premium, brilliant.
I may just invest an extra 1k to have all those involved killed.
