yeah. cooking absolutely freaks me out. i always get right to the end and then fuck it up somehow really massively. it really stresses me out. i can't tell you how many times i've had someone over for dinner and had to go out to eat instead...

I remember well what it used to be like before I learned to cook. Now I love it and I think it's one of the best hobbies. But some of the stuff I 'cooked' before then ... oh dear. :)
