I still love riding my Mash and my girlfriend isn't happy about yet another bike around the house!

dibs on the pink trowel if you split

Surely this would cost near 500 to build? Even with a lot of S/H stuff.. the prices of complete bikes don't make sense atm...

It came to a little over £300 all in. The wheels and Cranks are the only new things. Everything else was pretty much free as the frame I originally brought on here, sold it on then traded it back for a camera!

Them wheels are so nice!
-
• #18
Want! But I have no need for a fourth fixed bike.
-
• #19
I don't think I can justify a sixth bike in the living room, this is a bargain though
-
• #20
I have no doubt this is going to sell
-
• #21
if i had £300 spare i could definitely convince myself i needed this as another bike!

Surely the wheels where £100? Cranks £50 and even tyres and tubes £50... This is a bit weird as it's the opposite of the usual argument on here, but must of cost more to build? Sorry if this is pointless...

Fair enough. It sounds like you got a deal when acquiring it.
It's frustrating having bike-overlap™ isn't it. If a bike's not ridden at least weekly then >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

CHRIS MARSHALL TRACK FRAME REYNOLDS 531 DOUBLE BUTTED
Chris Marshall is a Yorkshire frame builder who used to build for Penine Cycles. This frame was originally built in the late 1990s as a road frame. Subsequently it has had track dropouts fitted in place of the road dropouts and the paint has been retouched locally. It has nice close clearances and still retains braze ons on the top tube and steerer. comes with Headset/stem/bars/grips/bb
