Tried to remove the old school bottom bracket from my Argos to replace with a shiny new sealed unit... Turns out at some point in the past, the right "plate" or whatever you call it that you take the big spanner to, has had the edges rounded a little... meaning the spanner just slips off when you try to turn it.
What do I do to get it off to clear the way for the new one? is there an easy way?
