Right click, click on "view page info" down the bottom
Go the the "media" part. This shows you a list of all the images used on the page. In flickr the URL you want is usually 3rd or 4th from the bottom of the list. When you click on the URL it shows the image underneath so you can make sure it's the right one. This is also how you get around the pictures where the downloading option has been disabled.
