Nice, I have them as well.
If you want a perfect 42mm chainline on the outer ring, with 1/8" chainrings with these cranks, pair them with a Miche Primato track bb, 107mm. I would then machine off the inner ring tabs.
The Miche is ITA, the DA cranks are JIS, and therefore the cranks slide deeper onto the BB giving the perfect chainline. The trick is that the DA cranks are deep enough the BB does not bottom out, a perfect match actually.

This is actually really interesting and helpful info, I have just bought a pair like these and wasn't sure what to pair them up with...

^ Yeah, it's actually a really great secret as you gain a really good crankset from this for quite low cost that looks like a sugino 75 (i think sugino copied the 75 design from that DA 74xx series), but is actually DA! (just with 130 instead of 144 BCD of course)
BTW: my hint is valid for the 7402 cranks, no clue if the (visually identical) 7400 cranks are exactly the same inside
