I can't make it tonight, does anyone have any interest in playing tomorrow (Friday) night and maybe giving the warehouse a last clear up etc? I'll also be around Saturday evening to do the same.

should be about for friday night polo and cleaning duties. reminds me, it might be nice to put a new big sheet of paper on the wall for scoreboards, anyone have some we could put up?
won't be around til 5pm on sat :(
bristol and brighton will be courtside early afternoon so it would be great if people could be there to greet and direct if they get lost.

I gave Brighton my phone number and they are good to stay at mine, all sorted. Will be down around 5ish if not earlier.

If people are at Strawberry fair on Saturday, I think it would be in everyones best interests to not bring any unnecessary attention to the warehouse and to keep it as low key as possible. We don't really want any unwanted 'guests'

Warehouse on Harvest Way, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Sundays.

Theres a few things that need our touch before sunday,
these are what i can think of
1.Bulb finally blew in the middle of the court
2.The light in the far left needs moving around
3.Some signs need making to stop people riding on the girls court
4.Bins need emptying
5.If poss remake the bike rack
6.court really needs a good sweep and a quick check over the court
theres a few more but cant think of them
i'll try and get down before sunday to help out

Can be a bit earlier on sat to help, but out tonight.

Bike rack is a must I think, they were strewn everywhere on Tuesday, and that was with just the regulars.

Where have we emptied the bins before?

What wording do we want on the signs? I can fire some out.

so there was some scaffold pole on the roof when we went up there the other night, and i was thinking it would make a great bike rack, i made one in my house with an old bit of scaffold, will have a go saturday at making one, should not take to long!

mine looks like this (in the middle) so quality dun matter as long as it's silver, and did i mention it needs to be 16t? yes it does. Can collect today or worst case bring to polo tomorrow.
