i think it's the chainline. I guess it is too diagonal. Since they replaced my chainring with a multi-gear one, the line changed....i will mount the chainring on the inner line and see if it's right....but it will look so bad....with the spider on the outer side and the chainring inside....and sorry for my english, i hope it's clear, in another thread i had post a picture.
