With some contacts you could do probably just that, Bought an Eddy Merckx frame from a guy that has a contact in Holland that keeps on taking trade in bike from club racers from the 1980's /1990's who are now abour 50 or 60 and trade in their racers for Dutch style bikes, he gets the call then pops over with the estate car and gets all sorts of Delta braked, Colnago , Eddy merckx lovelyness for peanuts..
