They have a small cleat....the SPD-SL and the Look Delta pedals are 'bigger' as are the cleats....so, bigger target=easier to clip into...SPD-SL are an excellent introduction to clipless road pedals.....plus the cleats are long lasting and easy to walk with....you need cleat covers for Delta and Keo cleats.....a faff.....but worth it...no such probs with SPD-SL...suprised they have not been snapped up as the shoes are lovely...worth £40 on their own....bargain with cleats and pedals.
