Are these handlebars Cinelli, or just from a random old town bike?

I've used similar shapes, I really like them. It's tricky to find good brake lever position with them though.

actually the bars are from a Moulton but the chrome was real pitted so the tape covered it up lovely & the lever feels pretty good where it is, shame it is bright orange tho
