I've just set up the Nimble website (finally) and we're trying to decide a day to have the bike jumble every month as we'll start to invite shops/distributors when it moves to our permanent location. Did a Sunday work well or maybe the last Friday of the month before Beers? I'd like it to be a regular calendar event so every 'insert day here' but I want it to be a day everyone can make! Let me know PLEASE...

Freecycle: Really old 26*1&1/4 tyre, it's a funny old size and the tyre is not in the best condition.

Can anyone borrow me a rucksack to take to Brighton ride on Sunday? My shoulders playing up again and messenger bag is doing my head in.

FINALLY, Nimble are interviewing one day a week interns next week (I only want one intially). If anyone's interested then give me a shout. I will make you do some work I'm afraid, won't be all lols. Just to clarify we aren't just about bike rides/screenings => there is an Arabic film night coming up, a book being published, a festival to organise, fun cycle routes to curate, etc.... I am writing this job into the next funding app so could turn into a paid position and you will get loads of training opportunities such as ride leader, mechanics, da da da.

I would say min 165mm for a threaded 1"fork. If you buy unthreaded I have a threadless 1" headset you can have free with the frame....

...and we seem to still be on for 10.30 tomorrow, no other news so I'll see you about 8...

Freecycle: Nothing special 700*28 tyre, tan sidewals I think. Very low use but not much on te puncture protection side of things either. Warning, it bites when you try to fit it!
