I heard the air ambulance was there too. Hope people are ok.

People from work spotted the air ambulance too.
Not sure whether a pedestrian or cyclist was involved with the motorbike.
Some chat on Twitter about a cyclist, but then again quite a few comments about it being a pedestrian.

Possibly a motorbike and a Boris biker were involved

I rode past 30 mins ago - There was an air ambulance, with the roads closed in all directions. I didn't hang around to try and get a look, as I as too busy being sickened by the vultures with their camera phones.
Fingers crossed for those involved.
100x this. there were literally hundreds of people lining the sides of the road to watch the 'show'. I fucking hate rubberneckers.
I went past at about 8.45 and I think it had only just happened. a passing cyclist who'd turned back told me a motorbike had crashed on the bridge so I hopped off and walked across the bridge with the peds.
really hope all involved in the incident pull through.

Hope she pulls through. -

London Bridge is tricky southbound, if you want to go West you have to take prime in the right lane or cut across three lanes, cars routinely break the limit, drivers see a rare horizon and go faster. Hope she recovers, sounds nasty.

Oh no. Condolences to the family.
looked like an incident between a pedestrian and a motorbike. I think the motorcyclist was ok, bike was smashed up but he was sitting on the side of the road. I think a woman was lying on the other side of the road.
Police and ambulance were coming as I passed through. Looked like a pretty violent crash judging by the motorbike.
Fingers crossed for the lady.
