No, partly because the number of courses is largely unrelated to "poshness" and partly because there are large cultural, regional and historical variations in what is considered a full sequence of courses. The very idea of separate courses is itself a relatively modern introduction to our (English) culture, see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Service_à_la_russe
