to me looks like £150 worth of quality frame in good nick with some no nonsense but decent quality parts.
depends entirely where you sell it, here in the north it would be pretty low, maybe just £150, but down in london easily double that, maybe more again? ebay, who knows but then they rape you for fees etc.
