YAY, sounds good.

On another note, our lease is up at the end of June and we've just had an email from the estate agent saying they want to increase our rent by £350/month - thats right THREE HUNDRED AND FIFTY POUNDS per month.

I might have to leave Brixton :(

Christ, move out and find a non agent managed house. Friends of ours have just got a 2 bed flat in poet's corner for 700pcm.
