I'm only going by my exchange with the user on this page which, on it's own, doesn't support your assertion. Looking at the member's other posts it appears we have a someone who is trying to understand where to get started both with bikes and with the forum overall. That in and of itself doesn't make them a troll. Feel free to take it up with the admins if you're that concerned.
