TBH I think the price of a custom built frame from Argos reflects the time and effort that goes into it.
As with many things in life you get what you pay for.
I am a proud owner of a Mercian Custom winter bike and a Custom Argos TT frame and feel I got fantastic value for money from both.
I was down at Argos about 3 weeks ago to get my winter machine resprayed and the bikes they have on there racks ready for shipment back to customers, after refurbishment are delightful.
