Yep on the mend , the black eye is in the distant past now thank god was not a truly attractive look !
But the knee is gonna take a while I think just take it slow is all like a sloth
In the mean time i am grazing and growing portly !
And losing the plot, being off sick is boring cant believe im gonna say this looking forward to go back to work shhhhhhx
