I noticed the other day at work that Minoura do a few front racks and the prices are not too bad.

Thats the page on the Zyro site (Minoura distro) that shows them.
Any bikeshop that sells Minoura, Altura, Abus, Panaracer, Camelbak or Zefal should be able to get them in.
