Freecycle: Old cracked Dawes frame and forks

hi- my old frame, a Dawes, Lightning make as far as I could find from early 80s, gave up the ghost with a crack where the down tube meets the head tube. Anyone willing to take it is welcome to it, maybe salvageable/workable, forks are perfectly good at least. also through one thing and another, included are some perfectly good bits: a sealed unit bottom bracket I can't get out, and a pretty firmly wedged seatpost. Pick up in N8.
