3ttt Chrome Quill Stem Mirrored Chrome Finish and 3ttt Logo on front.
a few minor scatches on top where bike has obviously been upside down for Puncture Repairs.... See 2nd Photo.

Taken from old Raleigh Roadbike which had 1" Forks.
