It's always worth complaining to the company. When I worked for Brake Brothers (now Brakes), the frozen food delivery people, they had a policy of two complaints from the public about driving = instant dismissal. Now I'm sure that in today's HR culture this will have been toned down, but still I agree, companies do not want potential customers who do a Google search to have that sort of video pop up near the top of the search results.
